Kebab pizza

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • ½ package of dry yeast
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 100 ml water
  • Flour , for the work surface
  • 2 tubes of tomato paste
  • some water to dilute
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • garlic powder
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic powder
  • chili powder
  • 400 g meat (kebab)
  • e.g. fat, for frying
  • 2 large onions, cut into rings
  • 400 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • Chili powder, alternatively kebab spice
  • Paprika powder
  • garlic powder
  • some pepper from the jar

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Knead flour, yeast, oil, and water into a dough and let it rise for 20 minutes. Mix the tomato paste with the water and spices. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and place it on the baking sheet. Spread the tomato sauce and cheese on top. Lightly fry the kebab meat in some fat and spread it on the pizza, top with onion rings and pepperoni to taste. Season the pizza with chili powder, paprika powder, and garlic powder and bake in a preheated oven at 225°C (top/bottom heat) for 15 minutes. In the meantime, mix the sour cream with salt, pepper, garlic, and chili powder, or the ready-made kebab seasoning. This kebab sauce is served cold with the pizza.
