Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g konjac rice
- 200 ml milk
- 2 tbsp erythritol (sugar substitute)
- ½ tsp guar gum
- Flavdrops (vanilla flavor)
- Cinnamon powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Low carb, gluten-free, sugar-free, with konjac rice
Mix the milk with the guar gum. This works best with a milk frother. Then bring to a boil with the konjac rice and erythritol. Simmer for about 5 minutes until the desired consistency is reached. Finally, season with the flavdrops, cinnamon, and erythritol. Delicious on its own or with fresh berries.
