Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

quick, easy and super delicious!

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Melt the butter on the stovetop or in the microwave. In the meantime, crumble the biscuits very finely. This works best in a freezer bag with a rolling pin. Then mix the crumbs with the melted butter and press onto the bottom of a 24cm springform pan lined with baking paper. Place the pan in the preheated oven for 5 minutes. In the meantime, separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. In a second bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the quark, crème fraîche, sugar, vanilla pudding powder, and vanilla sugar. Fold in the beaten egg whites. Spread the mixture onto the biscuit base. Cut the chocolate into pieces and spread it on top. Bake the cheesecake for about 25 minutes. The cake tastes good both cold and warm.
