Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1,000 g kiwi(s)
  • n. B. Gelling sugar 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

First, place clean jam jars with matching lids in the oven, preheat the oven to 50°C, and leave the jars in the oven for 5 to 15 minutes. Meanwhile, peel and puree the kiwis. Weigh the mixture and then place it in a saucepan. Add the gelling sugar according to the package instructions. Squeeze the juice of one lemon and add it to the kiwi puree in the saucepan along with the gelling sugar. Then cook the mixture for a maximum of 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. To test, pour some jam onto a plate and wait. If it stays solid after 1 to 2 minutes, it’s ready. Then fill the hot jars with the jam, seal immediately, and set aside to cool.
