Kiwi jam with matcha and pear

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 kiwis
  • 1 pear(s)
  • 1 tsp, heaped matcha powder
  • 100 g gelling sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the kiwis and pear into small pieces. Place the pieces in a saucepan with the matcha powder and simmer. This will cook very quickly due to the fruit’s natural juice. After a few minutes, add the gelling sugar, bring to a boil briefly, blend, and simmer a little longer. Test the setting time and pour the jam into a hot, rinsed jar.
