Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kohlrabi
- 1 pointed pepper, red
- 1 tsp, leveled chili salt
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp nut oil or rapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp garden herbs (parsley, chervil, chives, etc.)

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Simple and delicious
Peel the kohlrabi, reserving the small leaves and finely chopping them. Wash and slice thinly using a mandoline. Slice the bell pepper into thin rings or strips and add to the kohlrabi. Marinate with chili salt and sugar for 10 minutes. Then season to taste with vinegar, lemon juice, and oil, and a little more salt if desired. Sprinkle with fresh herbs from the garden and the finely chopped kohlrabi leaves.
