Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 spring onion(s)
- 2 kohlrabi
- 1 handful of spinach
- 5 cocktail tomatoes
- 10 black olives, pitted
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper

Wash and peel the kohlrabi, and spiralize it into spaghetti. Heat a little oil in a large pan or nonstick wok and sauté the finely sliced spring onion. Then add the kohlrabi spaghetti and sauté while stirring. After a few minutes, add the chopped spinach and continue sautéing. Add a little water if necessary. Finally, stir in the quartered cherry tomatoes and the chopped olives. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
