Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 100 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 100 g strawberries
  • 100 g grapes, seedless, light
  • 50 g walnuts
  • 20 ml balsamic vinegar, dark
  • 60 ml milk
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp mustard

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the lamb’s lettuce and spin dry. Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes and grapes. Wash and quarter the strawberries. Arrange the salad on a large plate. Top with the cherry tomatoes, strawberries, grapes, and walnuts. For the dressing, combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix thoroughly, and spread over the salad.
