Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g pointed cabbage
- 50 ml white wine (Riesling)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 onion(s)
- 15 g butter
- 1 tsp curry (pineapple curry)
- some salt and pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
with white wine
Slice the pointed cabbage into thin strips. Slice the garlic and dice the onion. Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the pointed cabbage and season with salt and pepper. Sauté for about 5 minutes, until the cabbage is soft. Deglaze with the Riesling wine and simmer until the liquid has almost evaporated. Season to taste with salt, sugar, and pineapple curry, and stir well again.
