Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 handfuls of lamb’s lettuce
- 2 tbsp pine nuts, roasted
- 50 g Sharon
- 50 g Sharon
- 50 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- e.g. salt and pepper
- n. B. herbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Clean and wash the lamb’s lettuce. Peel and dice the Sharon. Purée the Sharon portion for the dressing. Mix the puréed Sharon with yogurt and vinegar and season to taste. Mix the lamb’s lettuce with the Sharon cubes and the dressing and pour into bowls. Sprinkle with pine nuts.
