Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 ml milk, whole milk
  • ½ tbsp brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp clove(s), ground
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 500 ml coffee, hot
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • Sugar, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine the milk, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, and vanilla extract in a large saucepan and heat. Remove from heat, add the freshly brewed coffee, and mix well. Add a tablespoon of cream to each of two large mugs, then add the latte and mix. Sweeten with sugar to taste. This mixture makes two large mugs, or four smaller ones.
