Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 800 g potatoes
- 800 g beans, green, frozen
- 2 tsp vegetable stock powder
- 500 g Leberkäse
- 1 tbsp oil
- 200 g cheese, grated
- Thyme
- pepper
- Parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Peel and wash the potatoes, then cut into large cubes. Bring the beans, potatoes, and ½ liter of water to a boil. Stir in the broth. Add a sprig of thyme and simmer for about 15 minutes. Peel the onions and slice them into rings. Dice the meatloaf. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the meatloaf and onions and add them to the beans. Place the vegetables and meatloaf and onion mixture in a casserole dish, season with parsley and pepper. Sprinkle with cheese. Grill until golden brown.
