Leberkäs Hawai
The perfect leberkäs hawai recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Discs Leberkäs
- 2 Discs Pineapple
- 4 Discs Toast XXL
- 2 Discs Gouda cheese
- Butter
- Fry the meatloaf in a pan in a little butter until brown on both sides
- Pre-brown two slices of toast in the toaster and place on a baking sheet, top with the meat loaf, put pineapple and cheese on top and bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, toast the other two toast slices, cover the Hawaiian toast with them and serve.
- Tip 4: A chilli sauce or sweet mustard tastes good with it.
