Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1,000 g minced meat
- 6 onions
- 500 g sauerkraut
- 4 small cans of tomato paste
- 2 liters of meat broth
- ½ liter sweet cream
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- Tabasco
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Brown the minced meat, sauté the diced onions, add the tomato paste and chopped sauerkraut, top with the broth, and season. Simmer for about 30 minutes, then finish with cream.
