Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 750 g apples, peeled, pitted, quartered
- 450 ml lemon juice
- 600 g gelling sugar (2:1)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
also a nice gift, very tasty and not so sweet
Place the apples in a saucepan with a little water and cook until soft. Then puree. Add the lemon juice and gelling sugar and cook for about 3 minutes while stirring. Pour into jars and seal.
