Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g margarine
  • 300 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • flavoring (a few drops of lemon)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Super simple and super delicious lemon cake from Grandma

Mix all ingredients thoroughly with a hand mixer and pour into a baking dish. The mixture can also be spread directly onto the baking sheet. Then bake at 170°C for about 20 minutes. Carefully remove the cake and let it cool. Decorate as desired.
