Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ tsp coriander, ground
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp white pepper
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp ginger powder
- 7 cloves
- 1 tbsp mustard powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 5 kaffir lime leaves
- 1 lemon(s), untreated, peel
- 1 tsp basil, dried
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Grind everything together in a blender until finely ground. Pairs well with shrimp, fish, white meat (chicken), lamb, vinaigrettes, and yogurt-based salad dressings. Storage: Up to 6 months in an airtight container.
