Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 5 allspice seeds
  • 6 cloves
  • 2 vanilla pods
  • 200 g cane sugar
  • 1 lemon(s), untreated, zest

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix 100 g of raw cane sugar with the spices, then stir in the rest. It goes well with fruit salads, cakes, compotes, and all autumn fruits. Storage: approximately 6 months in an airtight container.
