Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g lentils, brown, cooked
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- Vinegar
- oil
- e.g. salt and pepper

Halve or quarter the cherry tomatoes, depending on your taste. Dice the bell pepper, mozzarella, and onion, and mince the garlic clove. Combine everything with the lentils in a bowl, season with vinegar and oil, and add salt and pepper if desired. Serve with fresh bread or baguette. The ingredients can be varied, of course; cucumber, corn, and spring onions also work very well.
