Lentil Tomato Salad

  • 100 g Lentils yellow
  • 4 Pc. Tomatoes
  • 1 Pc. Spring onion
  • 0,5 Pc. Squeezed lemons
  • 0,5 teaspoon Vegetable broth powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • Ground cumin
  • Curry
  • Black cumin
  1. Cover the lentils in a saucepan with twice as much water. Add the vegetable stock. Bring the lentils to the boil and let them soak on the hot plate for another 20 minutes. Dice the tomatoes and the onion and place in a bowl with the lentils. Mix with the juice of the squeezed lemon, the oil and the spices. Finished
