Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 30 g spelt flakes
  • 20 g raisins
  • ½ apple
  • 100 g natural yogurt
  • possibly milk, as needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Muesli with spelt flakes, apple, yogurt and raisins

Weigh the spelt flakes, raisins, and natural yogurt and mix together. Then cut half an apple into small pieces and add it to the muesli. If it’s still a bit too dry, you can add a splash of milk. Tip: You can also use any fruit, such as half a banana, instead of the apple.
