Parmesan and parsley spaghetti

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 450g spaghetti
  • 175 g butter
  • 4 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • 225 g Parmesan, freshly grated
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in a pot of salted water for 8-10 minutes, or according to the package instructions, until al dente. Drain, set aside, and transfer to a bowl. Drizzle the butter, parsley, and half of the Parmesan cheese over the spaghetti and gently fold in with two forks until the butter and cheese are melted and the parsley is evenly distributed. Serve the spaghetti in warmed bowls and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately with fresh, crusty bread.
