Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 2 packs of low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 pack of cream cheese
  • 1 can of tuna in oil
  • 1 can of tuna in its own juice
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 2 stalk(s) celery, cut into small cubes
  • 4 gherkins, cut into small cubes
  • some Maggi
  • some pepper, white
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 20 minutes

easy for parties or as a dip for crackers, toast or vegetable sticks etc.

Mash the drained tuna, add the remaining ingredients, and mix well. Let it sit overnight, ideally. You have a light, fresh spread for crackers, cookies, toast, vegetable sticks, etc.
