Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 organic orange(s)
  • 4 organic limes
  • 6 organic lemons
  • 250 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 500 g gelling sugar 2:1
  • 50 ml Limoncello

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Wash and brush the orange, limes, and lemons in hot water. Grate the zest from all citrus fruits and set aside. Squeeze the citrus fruits and set aside the juice. Boil the squeezed fruits in a little water for about 10 minutes, then strain the juice through a sieve. Combine the cooled juice with the grated zest and squeezed juice, then add the orange juice to make 700 ml. Cook according to the instructions with the gelling sugar, adding the limoncello to taste shortly before cooking. Immediately pour the hot, runny jelly into prepared jars and allow to set slowly.
