Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 250 ml cream
  • 170 g chocolate (dark)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp espresso (cold)
  • 2 tbsp liqueur (Kahlua)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Chop the chocolate as finely as possible, heat the cream in a saucepan until just before boiling, and then set aside. Combine the chocolate, eggs, espresso, and Kahlua in a food processor. Then add the hot cream and continue mixing until the chocolate has dissolved and an even color is achieved. Divide the mixture among 6 espresso cups and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
