Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 eggs, hard-boiled, cooled
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- ¼ tsp salt and pepper, little
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Halve the eggs lengthwise, carefully remove the yolks, and strain them through a sieve into a bowl. Add the quark and mayonnaise, and mix. Season the egg yolk mixture with salt and pepper. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag with a serrated nozzle, fill the eggs, and garnish as desired.
