Preheat the oven to 150°C fan-assisted or 170°C conventional. Whisk together the low-fat quark, eggs, and baking powder. Then add the almonds, flaxseed, bran, and chickpea flour and knead with a hand mixer until a smooth dough forms. Form the dough into rolls, place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and sprinkle with sunflower seeds, etc. Bake for approximately 50-60 minutes.
