Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ white cabbage
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 4 spring onions
  • 60 g goat’s cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with white cabbage and goat cheese

Cut the white cabbage into strips, the zucchini and bell pepper into cubes, and the spring onions into rings. Fry the white cabbage in a pan with a little oil, frying for about 5 minutes over medium heat. Then add the remaining vegetables and fry, then pour in half a small coffee cup of hot water. The cabbage should still be slightly firm to the bite. Now add the garlic through a garlic press to the vegetables, season everything with pepper and salt—use it sparingly, as the goat cheese also contains salt. Stir in the goat cheese and taste it again to make sure it’s well-seasoned. A very hearty and delicious low-carb meal. If you’re not avoiding carbohydrates, Ebly soft wheat flour is a good side dish.
