Mackerel fish salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 large fish (smoked mackerel)
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 4 small cucumber(s), sour

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Roughly shred the fish, add the finely chopped cucumber and chopped onion, and stir everything gently, or even shake. After about an hour of resting, the salad will be well-seasoned. Of course, you can mix in a small can of corn, peas, or even garden herbs, depending on your taste. If the fish wasn’t fatty enough, add a little good-quality oil.
