To make your own whipped cream, you only need 500 milliliters of milk and 250 grams of butter. If you want to sweeten the cream, use vanilla sugar.

  1. Heat the milk in a saucepan with the butter until completely melted. Be careful not to bring the mixture to a boil.
  2. Take a hand mixer and beat the mixture on high until fluffy.
  3. Then let the mixture cool down a bit and then put it in the fridge.
  4. After about 24 hours you can continue to process the cream. You can use them directly for cooking or whip them into whipped cream in a tall container.

The method above is not the only option for making whipped cream. However, it is much easier to do at home than this variant:

  • You can also use untreated milk to make the cream.
  • If the raw milk remains after milking, a layer of fat forms that rises and can be skimmed off. This is cream.
  • The fat content must be at least 10 percent for it to be whipped cream.
  • However, untreated milk is not well tolerated by most people because it often contains germs.
