Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g quark, 20% (or 1x 40% and 1x 20%)
  • 350 g yogurt, 3.5%
  • 2 can/n mandarin oranges, naturally sweet
  • 2 tbsp sugar, erythritol or xylitol, possibly more
  • 2 tbsp, heaped chocolate, dark, grated
  • 1 tsp, smothered cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quick to make, suitable for parties, also low carb possible

Drain the mandarins thoroughly. Whisk together all the other ingredients. I always use homemade grated 75-92% chocolate. Season the mixture to taste and then gently stir in the mandarins. Alternatively, you can use quark (if you want it very creamy, use only 40% quark) and ready-made stracciatella yogurt. We made 4 servings, but normally 6. It’s always our favorite party dessert.
