Mango jam
- Margarine
- Colorful sugar sprinkles
- 50 g Mango
- 50 g Preserving sugar 1: 1
- For the jam, wash, clean and core the mango and puree together with the preserving sugar. Pour into a microwave container and briefly heat on the highest wattage setting. Then let it cool down a bit.
- Toast the bread slices and then brush them with a little margarine. Put jam on each bread and sprinkle with the sugar sprinkles. Fold up, cut diagonally and serve
