Mango Cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g yogurt
  • 4 mangoes
  • 4 tbsp honey (preferably old honey)
  • 4 saffron threads
  • some water, hot
  • 30 g almond flakes, roasted

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the mangoes into small pieces. Blend all ingredients except the saffron and almonds until smooth. Put the saffron on a spoon and dissolve it in a few drops of hot water. Let it cool and pour it over the cream. Sprinkle with the flaked almonds.
