Pears with cream cheese

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bulb(s)
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 200 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 cl Maraschino
  • 25 g hazelnuts, chopped
  • possibly grapes

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mix the cream cheese with 3 tablespoons of cream and the maraschino. Whip the remaining cream until stiff, sweeten with the sugar, and fold it into the cream cheese along with the vanilla sugar. Peel and core the pears, and finely dice them. Fold the pears into the cream cheese and sprinkle with hazelnuts. I always pour the cream into dessert glasses and garnish them with pear slices and, if I have them, grapes. Not only does it look great and decorative, it’s also a hit with guests.
