  • 1 cup low-fat curd cheese
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Blend the mango flesh with the low-fat quark until creamy. Mix in 2 tablespoons of desiccated coconut. Also delicious with muesli.
