Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 225 g mango puree, fresh
  • 200 g sweet cream
  • 50 g natural yogurt, low-fat
  • 3 tbsp sweetener
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch(s) nutmeg, ground
  • 50 g grapes, blue
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ½ pack of cream stiffener

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff. Combine the mango, cream, yogurt, sweetener, lemon juice, nutmeg, and salt in a blender. Pour the mixture into 4 serving bowls. Halve and deseed the grapes and garnish the dessert. Refrigerate for one hour.
