Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • ½ mango(s)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp mango syrup
  • 300 g natural yogurt
  • 2 ½ tbsp sugar
  • 12 amaretti biscuits

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and finely chop the mango. Then puree it with lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of mango syrup. Mix the sugar, yogurt, and the remaining 2 teaspoons of syrup. Crumble 2 amaretti biscuits into a glass, then top each with 50g of yogurt. Layer 2 tablespoons of mango puree on top of the yogurt, then crumble 2 more biscuits on top. Spread the remaining yogurt on top and top with the remaining mango puree. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
