- 300 g Greek-style yogurt
- some fresh mint for garnishing

a fruity dessert idea for summer
Peel the mango, remove the flesh from the pit, and puree. Layer the yogurt and mango puree into dessert glasses. Refrigerate for at least one hour. Top with a mint leaf for decoration.
