Marinade for pork steaks

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 pork steaks
  • 200 ml tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp, heaped curry powder
  • 2 tsp, heaped paprika powder
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 pinches of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 15 minutes

Combine the tomato puree, oil, sugar, and honey in a bowl. Mix everything well. Now add the curry, paprika, and salt and mix again. Toss the steaks with the marinade and refrigerate for 24 hours. This tastes best on a wood-fired grill. A delicious salad goes perfectly with this.
