Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 120 g marzipan paste
  • 100 g cornstarch
  • 150 g flour
  • 200 g orange marmalade
  • 150 g chocolate coating

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Line a baking sheet with paper or grease it. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Stir in egg yolks and marzipan mixture. Mix the starch and flour and fold in. Fill a piping bag with the batter and pipe approximately 5 cm long sticks onto the baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 10 minutes. Let cool. Spread one stick with jam, sandwich it with another, and dip the tip of the stick into the warm chocolate coating. Let dry on parchment paper.
