Ingredients for 23 servings:

  • 200 g marzipan – raw mass
  • 150 g powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 tbsp cherry brandy
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Knead the marzipan mixture, sifted powdered sugar, and cherry brandy together thoroughly until the powdered sugar is completely gone. Form into balls and place them in a bowl. Dust with cocoa powder. Swirl the bowl with the balls and cocoa powder until the potatoes are all browned.
