Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 750 g quark (20%)
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 3 vanilla pods
  • 100 g sugar
  • 50 g biscuits (amarettini)
  • 125 ml brandy or orange juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes

Combine the quark, mascarpone, orange juice, scraped vanilla seeds, and sugar. Pour the cream into a large bowl. Drizzle the brandy or orange juice over the cream and sprinkle the finely crushed amaretti biscuits on top. Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
