Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g yogurt (full-fat yogurt)
- 200 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 200 g mascarpone
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tbsp orange liqueur
- 50 g sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of gingerbread spice
- 16 cinnamon stars
- Orange(s) – zest

Christmas dessert
Mix yogurt with quark, mascarpone, orange juice, liqueur, sugar, vanilla sugar, and gingerbread spice. Crumble 12 cinnamon stars and place them in 4 bowls or glasses. Spread the cream over the crumbs and garnish with the remaining cinnamon stars and orange zest. Serve well chilled.
