Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g raspberries, preferably fresh
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 250 g mascarpone
- tbsp milk
- 75 g sugar
- 1 pack vanilla sugar, bourbon
- ½ lemon(s)
- 1 bar of white chocolate

simple and worth a sin!
Sort the raspberries or thaw frozen raspberries. Divide among 4 glasses. Squeeze the lemon and make a cream with the juice, quark, mascarpone, sugar, and bourbon vanilla sugar. Add about 5 tablespoons of milk as needed to ensure the cream is not too runny. Divide among the glasses. Coarsely grate the chocolate or shave it off with a vegetable peeler and spread it over the cream.
