Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 egg yolks, very fresh
  • 75 g sugar
  • 4 tbsp Amaretto
  • 150 g mascarpone
  • ⅛ liter cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

to strawberries the madness

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy. Then add the Amaretto a spoonful at a time and stir in. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. First, fold the mascarpone and then the cream into the egg yolk mixture. Tastes sinfully good with fresh strawberries, but also with other fruits.
