Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 ml cream or Cremefine
  • 50 ml milk
  • 250 ml condensed milk
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Made in the ice cream machine

Whip the cream until stiff and fold it into the remaining mixed ingredients until no lumps remain, then transfer it to the ice cream maker. The ice cream will be ready in about 40-50 minutes. Tip: You can add ingredients like Smarties, Daim, etc. about 5 minutes before the end. If you like Mc Fluffy or Mc Sunday ice cream, you’ll know that their recipes are protected and you can’t get the exact ingredients. However, I found and refined a recipe that tastes very similar to this ice cream.
