Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 1 kg pork goulash
  • 1 kg beef goulash
  • 1 kg smoked pork
  • 5 sausages (Mettwurst)
  • 1 kg onion(s)
  • 1 kg tomatoes
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 1 bottle of sauce (shashlik sauce), large

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 15 minutes

Layer everything in a roasting pan. Let it marinate overnight. Braise in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 3 hours.
