The perfect meatballs with tomato coconut milk sauce, recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 Onion red
- 1 Egg
- Salt and pepper
- 1 Can Coconut milk
- 1 Can Tomato pieces canned
- 1 tbsp Organic vegetable broth
- Chop the onions, add the minced meat, egg and spices and form small meatballs.
- Sear the meatballs and remove them from the frying fat.
- Add the tomato pieces and fry them. Add coconut milk and bring to the boil, season with vegetable stock and add the meatballs for another 10 minutes. Simmer over low heat.
