Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 10 g instant coffee powder
- 125 ml water
- 125 g cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 750 g flour
- 2 ½ g baking powder
- 2 ½ g baking soda
- 1 g salt
- 375 g butter
- 500 g sugar
- 125 g brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 10 g vanilla sugar
- 250 g sour cream
- 250 g chocolate (chocolate drops)

Recipe for a large American baking dish
Bring water to a boil, remove from the heat, stir in the coffee and cocoa powder, and set aside. Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and set aside. Beat the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and brown sugar with a mixer until fluffy, then beat in each egg for 1 minute. Mix the sour cream with the cocoa-coffee mixture. Now alternately stir the flour mixture and the sour cream mixture, tablespoon by tablespoon, into the butter mixture. Begin and finish with the flour mixture. Finally, fold in the chocolate chips. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for 60 minutes (test with a toothpick).
