not just a treat at Christmas

Squeeze half the orange and the lemon. Don’t squeeze all the lemon juice, as you’ll need to slice it. Pour the juice (with or without the pulp, if you like) into a thermos. Then, place the tea bag in the pot and pour boiling water over the ginger, cloves, cinnamon, and lemon slices (about two slices from the already squeezed half lemon). Let it steep for about 20 minutes and sweeten with honey or brown sugar.
